  • Photo ID – Drivers Licence/Passport*
  • Proof of Address – Utility Bill, Bank Statement dated within the last 6 months
  • Proof of PPSN – Medical Card, Payslip, P60
  • *For non-UK or EU nationals we also require the members Irish Residence Permit. The loan term should fall in line with Irish Residence Permit Expiry.
Lending criteria

Maximum Limits

    • The maximum Secured Loan amount is €25,000.
    • The maximum Secured Loan term is 10 years.
    • The outstanding loan amount will be secured against your shares for the full term of this loan.
    • Secured Loans can be issued against cleared funds only.

Ability to Repay

  • It is our responsibility to all members to ensure that we only lend members’ money to other members when it has been established that there is an ability to repay the loan. A borrower must be able to afford the loan repayments, including interest, over the full duration of a loan.
